Robert K. Tanenbaum, Esq., is a nationally known attorney, media commentator, and, one of the country’s most successful prosecutors, having never lost a felony trial. He was deputy chief counsel for the House Select Committee on Assassinations investigating the murders
of JFK and Martin Luther King, Jr. As an assistant district attorney in New York County, he ran the department’s Homicide Bureau, and, was chief of its Criminal Courts Bureau. Other highlights of his legal career include: special prosecution consultant on the Hillside Strangler case, defending Amy Grossberg in her sensationalized baby death trial, and, representing eight black plaintiffs in a groundbreaking racial profiling case in California.
Tanenbaum has written two best-selling fiction books, 14 novels based on his prosecutorial experiences, and, was a two-term mayor of Beverly Hills. He attended the University of California at Berkeley on a basketball scholarship, and, received his law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law where he currently teaches.
